A completion certificate is offered for all courses on the registered site. Once you complete a course on the registered access site, your certificate will be automatically generated and available for download. Course descriptions indicate whether certification is included. Short documentaries and infographics do not offer completion certificates.
Online content is offered through HELP, CoE and ERA and is therefore developed by experts in the sector. Content created by TEMI has been developed and reviewed by experts in law, justice, and social sciences. Sources are cited, and materials are updated regularly to reflect current knowledge and practices.
Courses by HELP, CoE and ERA are accredited by the respective institution or professional bodies.
No, communication with the experts or instructors is not possible.

Content on the public interface (website) requires no subscription. A registration is possible in order to access more professional content, which is still provided free of charge.
No. All TEMI content is available through a wi-fi connection. Documents supporting some of the courses can be downloaded on one’s device and can be accessible without internet connection.
Here is the step-by-step process for a user to reset their own password in Moodle TEMI website:
1: Go to the Login Page
- Open your Moodle TEMI website.
- Locate the Forgotten your username or password? Link.
- Click that link to open the reset page.
2: Enter Your Account Details
- Search by either your Username or your Email address.
- Type the information into the matching field.
- Click the Search button.
3: Check Your Email
- Open your email inbox.
- Look for an email from the Moodle TEMI site.
- Check your spam or junk folder if it does not arrive.
4: Follow the Reset Link
- Open the password reset email.
- Click the secure link inside the message.
- Note that this link expires after a few minutes.
5: Create a New Password
- Type your new password into the field.
- Type it again to confirm the spelling.
- Click Save changes to log in automatically.

Additionally, optional profile information may be provided. Since TEMI is also addressing CPD, for users working within justice entities or specific professional teams, TEMI will collect information about your workplace. Information regarding attendance to online courses mandated by the organisation, will be shared with your respective office.

Limited sharing may occur with trusted service providers (e.g., the CoE and ERA for participation in their courses, employers when course-attendance is mandated, analytics tools) strictly for platform functionality This sharing is conducted under data-processing agreements.

Yes. You can request full deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time. Once processed, this action is irreversible.
